ATTENTION: TC TOUR2-UPDATED 4/7/09

I've contacted everyone I had full names and email addresses for. The email gives you all the information I have at this time. Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.

Also, if you did not get a press pass that doesn't mean you can't go. This is free to the public, everyone is welcome. The press pass just secures a seat for a demo and maybe an interview. If you do attend without a press pass and still want to report, we would love to hear from you.

Have fun everyone!

If you sent a request for a press pass for the tour, I need your FULL NAME. I need it ASAP. If I do not get your full name, no press pass.

So Sorry

I owe TrishtheDish, all the Monday Mixers, our readers, the Scarlett of BPR, and anyone who sent us email a great big apology. I'm so behind in my emails and not posted all kinds of stuff, including time sensitive material.

I also found two emails sitting in draft form, not sent.

So sorry everyone, please forgive me. I promise to get on the ball and get caught up soon. If you've sent something needing a response, feel free to send it again.

Here is an example of some things I missed.

Chris sent us this cool picture of himself with Richard Blais. I can't begin to describe the awesomeness of this picture. Chris, you rule!

I missed this link sent from Matt. As much as I'm not on the Hosea bandwagon, its a pretty good article.

We are also now on Twitter. Actually, been on there for awhile but I can't seem to figure things out. I need Twitter For Dummies I think.

We will have some new chef interviews soon so be on the look out for them.

Happy Spring Everyone,

cb

Ah, Bravo is at it again. For those of you who are fans of the Real House Wives seasons, we are finding that past popular chefs from Top Chef are appearing on their shows. During the RHWO Orange County, Chef Brian from season 3 was a guest.

Last night our loving Chef Sam Talbot appeared on the Real House Wives of New York to prepare a meal for Killoren Bensimon ( model, equestrian, author, editor and designer), her two daughters and Countess LuAnn de Lesseps. Click HERE to read Killoren blog.

Great to see you cook again Sam!! We love you!

Shout Out!

Hello, my name is chef biatch and I am a Bravo Whore.

Hello chef biatch.

Are you a Bravo Whore too?

Need a Bravo fix until the next season of Top Chef? Well, do yourself a favor and watch The Real Housewives of New York. I wasn't a fan of any of the housewife shows but my blog partner, Sous Chef Humor, is a Real Housewife's of Orange Country junkie. She kept telling me I must watch the show, it was hysterical. I was like nah, not my type of show.

Then, one of my all-time favorite blogs, Pretty On the Outside, had a kinda recap done by its brilliant owner, David Gilmore. If you're not familiar with POTO I highly urge you to leave this blog right now and check it out but be sure to come back! Gilmore is a great artist too. His drawing are amazing and for sale! So, thanks to SCH and Gilmore, I am addicted to both shows and to The Real Housewives of Atlanta too!

Gilmore writes about lots of things other then Bravo shows, be sure to check out the ongoing series about his 10 yr old nephew and his mannequin Martinique and the Prop 8 Portraits, so I'm sure you'll find something that interest you to read if you are not a Bravo whore.*

So, be sure to stop in and check Pretty On the Outside out for yourself.

Got any blogs you like to read that covers a Bravo show, among other topics? Send us the link and we will give it a shout out.

Be sure to check out the blog, David Dust, Hotties, Recaps, and Gay Stuff. If you are not already familiar with this fabulous blog and its owner, David Dust, I will **tell you all about it in my next Shout Out!

*WTF are you doing here if you are not a Bravo Whore?

** If yall expecting proper grammar and shit like that, yall might as well stop reading now.

Sunday Roast and yes, I know its Wednesday

Yay! Bravo gave us pictures to work with this week.

Looks like our girl Carla done wore her Hootie-Hoo out.

I know, we all had the same reaction to Gails boobs!

I can't help but think of the "It's Alive" line from Dr. Frankenstein.

Carla and Stefan reacted like the rest of America when Hosea said he thought he really had a chance at winning this thing.

Fabio dear, those are not on the menu.

Colicchio Jr*. wins, precious.

The REAL Top Chefs of season 5.

Y'alls turn.

*No, I don't dislike Tom Colicchio but I do feel he was a big fan of Hosea, like he was Tiffani, and forgave too many lows on Hosea's behalf.

Fabio issa gonna getta hissa owna show

Top Chef’s Fabio Viviani Getting His Own Show

Snagged this story from gossipsauce.

While we’re still mourning Carla’s loss to Hosea in the season finale of Top Chef: New York, we have delightful news that was confirmed to us by the man himself yesterday.

Fabio is getting his own show.

That’s right, Season Five’s breakout star, the Italian Stallion, Fabio Viviani, is coming to a TV screen near you.

Do you hear that?

It’s the faint sound of mouths watering and panties dropping.

Fabio confirmed the news to us with a double-cheek kiss and a heavily accented promise that by April, more details will be public, just in time for the Upfronts.

No word yet on whether Fabio is returning to Bravo, stepping into Food Network’s spotlight or finding a different network home, but soon the 30-year-old, imminently quotable food stud will be delighting food lovers everywhere .

Like Fabio himself said during Restaurant Wars: “I am front of the house. We can serve monkey-ass and empty clam shell and we will win.”

He could teach America to sauté air and we’d still set a season pass on our DVR.

Viva Fabio!
