Top Chef Season 6 - Episode 3 Results
Another exciting evening of challenges.
Congratulations to Chef Jennifer for her Quick Fire win.
Now both brothers have a win.
Sorry to see Chef Preeti go but we have learned from past seasons that a salad does not always cut it with the judges. We wish you well and hope you drop by our little kitchen.Last night was the first time a chef was called to both the winning chefs and then called back for the losing chefs. That was a curve ball that none of us saw coming and again it was over a salad.
What did you think of last nights show?

Loved last night. It was the first time things got slightly dramatic. For example, when Preeti used Ashley's water and Ashley freaked out (understandably). Preeti will be chatting live with fans today on Fancast. Can't wait to ask her about it! Top Chef Chat on Fancast
I sure do like Jenn. She is no-nonsense and it is HOT!
I thought the right person left. Wow, three women gone. And, rightfully so. My top four are: the Voltaggio brothers, Kevin and Jennifer. These four are so talented. But why must every season have a 'Spike'?
I thought Jennifer did a phenomenal job. She was tough without being condescending. She showed professionalism and kept the chefs at line. She has the 'X' factor for being a leader.
I thought Jennifer was going a bit OTT on being a hard ass in the kitchen. Gail was looking hot again as usual but I think the correct chef left and she messed up with Ashley water.
pasta salad. good grief. haven't they ever watched the show. Top Chef Chicago - someone was eliminated after making pasta salad at the picnic challenge.
Hoping the women will step it up. Excluding Jen, the rest do not seem to offer much talent.
For some reason Casey reminds me of Casey.
Another awful episode. I fast-forwarded through 75% of it. Cool brother did a nice job it seemed. The fat Atlanta duo's dish looked suitable for a glorified company picnic.
Alas, there's a clear 4 contenders. I may lock out on watching another episode until we get to the finals.
There's also no likeable character this season outside of Kevin. It's hard to watch a reality competition show when you really don't care who wins.
I liked it alot, cooking for the men women who risk their lives for our country,it was touching to see how much they enjoyed the food. Loved the challenge, and I do think they worked well as a team, then also within a team member.
Emotionally, this was a great show. Also, I found the logistics of working in that kitchen with canned foods, fascinating. So far, this season has not disappointed me.
I thought it was a very solid episode unlike last week's abomination. Very impressed with Jen and beard-guy from Atlanta.
Might do a HR perspective on Chefs post about Jen soon.
Does anyone else find it odd that on the same week, for the 1st time, both Project Runway and Top Chef had a member of the winning team among the losers?
