Mark your calendars..."Top Chef" contestant heading to Wisconsin casino. Chef Fabio creates an unbelievably delicious tasting menu for audience members on Saturday, November 21, 2009. Tickets are $45 for VIP table seats with tasting menu included, and $25 for general seating. There will be two shows at 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. in the casino's convention center. As an added bonus, the VIP table seat tickets will include a three course tasting menu and a glass of wine especially pared for the menu by Chef Viviani for guests to enjoy.
