Eric 3000 - It is just not top chef with out eric 3000 recaps. Eric keeps us laughing each season. Top Chef New York episode two: Restaurant Wars! But without the wars! And with only one restaurant! And they aren't actually creating the restaurant because it already exists. But, other than that, it's just like restaurant wars!

Our Sous Chef Humor has been out of town on business the past two weeks and unable to blog with the team so a special thanks from her to Chef Back Burner and to Chef Biatch for keeping the kitchen running. But SCH is back and looking forward to joining everyone in the chat room this week.

I'm glad you enjoyed the haiku--I try to open with one every week (though when I'm particularly displeased with the episode, sometimes it's little more than a string of profanity).
