Top Chef Monday Morning Mixer





We here at BTC love to share our blog with other outstanding blogs that are covering Top Chef. Each Monday we will highlight these blogs in our Monday Morning Mixer.

This season, we've added our own recap to the Mixer. We've also added a new 'chef' to our kitchen. TrishDish has been a field reporter for us for sometime now and we are happy to add her to Team BTC.

I'm glad you enjoyed the haiku--I try to open with one every week (though when I'm particularly displeased with the episode, sometimes it's little more than a string of profanity).
