My Take On Top Chef Season 5 Episode 1
My blog mates and I were lucky enough to score a press kit for TC5 that included a DVD with the first episode. It was a rough cut and things will probably be slightly different when aired but it was awesome!
I took a few notes while watching the DVD. I'm not going to name names, Bravo doesn't like it when you say too much, but this is my take on the show.

Great overview. I love your descriptions. Some are a little hard to associate, while others are a little more clear. The accents. The Bear. Tattooed lesbian. Southern Belle--although I'm curious why you put a question mark after that description.
Ahhh! I'm SO excited for the season to start, and your blog is helping build the anticipation.
All is well, Top Chef is back!
Project Runway is fun, in a watching the craziness kind of way, Top Design is interesting, from a do people really live in rooms like that, but Top Chef is King.
