Most of the rest of the world manages a civil tongue in the work place, it's not that hard!
And I get soooo tired of the bleeping. It doesn't cover up a thing, we all know what they are saying. Just give it up already. If they are going to be foul mouthed then have at it.
I respectfully disagree with k et al ... I've always thought that the editing-out of profanity left their conversation seeming oddly unnatural for chefs. These are professional chefs, and if you've ever worked in a kitchen that has younger (under 60) chefs who are allowed creativity and honesty, you will hear your share of what some might consider 'naughty' language. It amused me in part, but more than that, it made me feel more like we were seeing them as they truly are behind the scenes. Bravo, Bravo!
