Go ahead and hate,we got a copy of episode 1!

By Chef Biatch

I watched Episode 1 of TC4 on Friday and let me just say, YAY! Right off the bat, there is a twist. The first QF should be a given but it seems most of the chefs are not familiar with Chicago cuisine. The result is some seriously sad cooking.

One thing that stands out with this group of chefs is how young they are. I've already got nicknames for a few. There are the overly confident, fast-talking chefs and at least one who needs to switch to decaf. I think I already see this season's villain but it could be editing. We have a few quiet ones too and you know what they say about them, right?

The first judge is a familiar face. We also get a bonus familiar face who eats and chimes in with opinions but apparently isn't judging.

Previews for the upcoming season look so good. It even looks like there might be drama this time!

So, be sure to tune in on March 12.

If you want a more in depth look at the first episode, something we pinkie promised to not do, check out this link.

Thanks Jill
