As we continue to meet the chefs...
Chef Richard is from Uniondale, New York but currently resides in Atlanta, GA. He is a Chef, and culinary designer at Trail-Blais. We could not find a website so help us out Atlanta fans and tell us more.
Chef Manuel is from Laredo, Texas but now resides in New York, NY. He is the Executive Chef at Dos Caminos
Chef Ryan is from Los Banos, CA and is the chef at Myth Cafe in San Francisco, CA
Chef Mark is from Invercargill, New Zealand.
and Chef Lisa is from Toronto, Canada.
Mark is the Sous Chef and Lisa is the Chef at Public Restaurant in New York City. Again we could not find a website so help us out New York fans and tell us more.

I live in Atlanta. I can't say I have been to Trail-Blais but here is a website reviewing it. Sounds like some odd food. I can't say I will be going any time soon, but each to their own. I just hope he is not another Marcel with foam, foam, foam. Oh and I can't wait for the show to begin again.
