Your Turn To Cook


The culinary education program at The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay is the place to be in January. From the PR Web press release, " The tradition of culinary enlightenment continues at The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay this January with the resort's newest series of enhanced cooking classes and dining experiences, "Inside the Kitchen," powered by Viking and a fundraiser for Meals On Wheels of San Francisco, Inc. Overnight guests and members of the community are invited to interact and learn from guest instructors including Laurence Jossel of Nopa, Staffan Terje of Perbacco, Traci Des Jardins and Eugenio Jardim of Jardinière, and Hung Huynh, the winner from season three of Bravo's Top Chef. Classes are offered every other Sunday, January 6 through April 27, 4 to 6 p.m."
