I saw Dale waiting tables at Sola in Chicago last night (Tuesday, 8/14). Does that mean he has been eliminated from the competition?
I'd like to see Hung go if he doesn't step up to the plate and deliver, but I'm afraid the axe will next fall on either Brian or CJ.

The show finish filming in June and the results will not be revealed until September. All Chefs have returned to work while they wait the outcome. They are just now allowed to discuss it. Dale working does not state the outcome.
In season 2, the show finished taping in August and began to be shown in October. The final was then filmed the end of November and Ilan knew he was the winner but could not talk about it until the show aired in January. He returned to work while he waited. He then left his job the day after the final.
