Rocco's Turn To Speak
Rocco Dispirito is filling in and blogging for the beautiful Padma this week.

We have all had fun with him over the past few days, so it is only fair we read what he has to say about episode "Freezer Burn. Take it away Rocco!

I think Rocco was very civil and gracious considering the blasting that Bourdain and Harold gave him. Harold may be new to all of this, but Bourdain better check the mirror before he talks about other people selling out. When was the last time he was in the kitchen of his restaurant actually cooking? I see more TV shows and books with Bourdains face rather than Rocco's. I have nothing against either of them making money in other ways than just cooking, good for them. But don't do it yourself and then be nasty when someone else does.
Bourdain is a lot older than Rocco (thus why he isn't in his kitchen anymore), and certainly paid his dues there in any case.
Wow, that was a very gracious and insightful post from Rocco. Wonder which cheftestants he thought were the scrubs?
I watched "The Restaurant" and saw the DARK side of Rocco. He's completely vile and no PR campaign will change my opinion of him. A hateful, nasty man.
