Chow Bella!

While interviewing Top Chef-testants is our joy, we know we don't do it nearly as well as Meredith Arthur over at Chow...So, we decided to turn the tables on her, with hopes that she could inspire us to be the best at what we do.

Us: Tell us a bit about yourself.

M: I’m the multimedia producer for CHOW.com, a food and media website founded about a year ago.

Us:Tell us a bit about CHOW.

M: CHOW started as a print magazine, and was then bought by a larger internet company, CNET, and the editorial team (including me) was brought over to help build a big food website. Great interview and illuminating as usual. I agree with Meredith: that behind the scenes faux quickfire challenge showed the TC2 chefs in a different, more friendly light. That was my favorite part of the reunion show.

As for immature Ilan winning the show: Meh. It seemed Meredith agreed.

Found a video of actor/dancer/singer Christopher Walken doing a cooking demo.

Pretty cool. Check it out.

Let's hope Meredith never has to interview another Micah-type again. I felt so sorry for her.
