Back To The Islands!
Before we begin Top Chef 3 in Miami... two of season 2 finalists are heading back to the Hilton Waikoloa Village's annual Dolphin Days Festival, set for June 14-17.
That is right! Elia Aboumrad, of The Hotel in Las Vegas, and Marcel Vigneron, of Joel Robuchon at the Mansion in Las Vegas are joining 30 other chefs.

Knowing Marcel, he'll handle being around Elia just fine. Too bad that he has to, though. I was hoping she'd slink away and stay hidden under a rock somewhere.
I agree, Elia isn't my favorite person either, but Marcel is great, and he's showing he's a class act.
