I think either Cliff or Mikey will leave this week. I'm hoping the "clown" hits the comedy club circiut where he belongs.

I hope it is Ilan. I've been watching the TC marathon and after seeing the most recent episodes you can really see his true personality in the beginning. I don't know what it is about him but I don't like him

just from the way he dissed marcel's dish to the dinner party last week, i hope it's ilan.
side note: i'm so glad that loudmouth and ignorant betty is gone. for all the nagging she did about marcel, it's painfully obviously that she pretty much just "wings" it when it comes to cooking. i still can't get that lime juice and chocolate concoction she made out of my head. and her soups from last week neither looked, nor sounded appetizing. stick to making grill cheese sammiches!
I think Cliff probably goes, the producers like Mikey too much, and they have created the Sam-Ilan, I hate Marcel click...so they had no need for Betty anymore...
Cliff just doesn't add much, the show obviously is all about the personalities and not about the food...Sam is a guaranteed finalist, the producers love him and ELia probably because she is the only woman

This week I think is a real toss up and since we only have seen previews of the Quickfire, it is really hard to predict. I would only be disappointed to see Marcel, Elia or Cliff leave as I think up to this time overall they have shown the best cooking. While I do not like the discord this season, I am trying to be objective about how each approached the challenges and prepared their food.
I am thinking that Marcel may go tonight; I love the way he plates food, but to me the flavors of his cooking don't seem to as good as the others. Cliff, Ilan, and Elia seem to be consistently good. Mike is all over the map; when he is on he can turn out a good dish. If he is off he will likely go home. I would bet that Sam has some sort of Handsome Exemption that will get him in the final group no matter what.
Keep in mind that it’s possible more than one cheftestant will be asked to leave tonight. Given the number of chefs vs. episodes remaining, it looks like at least two will go in some episode (it could be the last, if there are three rather than two in the final challenge).
It also appears there will not be a reunion show this season. Sheesh, it makes you wonder just how much bad blood there could have been between Marcel and the rest of the group if they’re not doing a reunion show. Unless they are somehow incorporating the reunion aspect into a challenge in one of the last two episodes. (Of course, it would not surprise us if Bravo were too cheap to fly all the chefs to Hawaii. But the reunion shows of PR and TC tend to garner high viewership numbers, so you’ve got to wonder . . .) According to http://nbcumv.com/bravo/program_detail.nbc/topchef.html (posted before the start of the season or very early on) the plan was to do a two-part finale, but the Bravo website is currently referring to only the 1/31 show as the Finale and says nothing about the 1/24 show besides "212” (12th episode of S2). I suspect TPB have something up their sleeves, but if there was really going to be a reunion show, I think they would have started promoting it by now.

I think it is time to really analyze the final 5. They seem to be close in skills and even to some extent in styles. No more line cooks and comfort food types.
Elia. she is very emotional and she seems to have tastes that go against the norm. Several times she has mentioned that someone has a very different palate than her. I think she is dicey except she is the last women on a FEM slanted network
Cliff. This guy cannot win with his attitude. If the finale is getting other people to work again, which makes snese, unless he is against Marcel he will alienate to many. Good chance for finals as the only African American left. Possibley a logical reason for the mikey departure.
Sam. My choice to win it all. Not really feuding with anyone, good looks helps, anyone else seems like an upset.
Ilan. Feud with Marcel is clearly over the top. Lost 2 challenges while devoteing time to it.
Marcel. Will make final 4. He is calm in the sea of insanity he is causing, not that he is trying. Again he cant expect his group to support him.
