It's Hot In Our Kitchen Now

While working away, here in the kitchen,
we never know who may drop by.
What a thrill when this season's
Sam Talbot surprised us.

Us: Sam, thanks for stopping by to chat with us for a moment.

Sam: Ok here we go..

Us: Who do you admire, in the cooking realm and outside of it as well?

Sam: I admire Wylie Dufresne, Suzanne Goin, Tom Douglas and Tommy Lee!!!! Ha..just kidding.

Us: If you could not be a chef, what would you be doing?

Sam: If I wasn’t a chef...I would be involved in fashion, I’m not sure what aspect, what I’m pretty sure that’s what I would be doing. Maybe have my own line or something.

Us: What inspired you to become a chef?

Sam: My parents inspired me to become a chef...just due to the fact that I started cooking at a young age and I loved it so they pushed me to continue my education with cooking.

Us: What’s your favorite junk food?

Sam: Favorite Junk Food...hmmm...doritos dipped in ranch...sounds gross but so damn good. What? Diabetic guys can have fun too!!

Us: What do you do for fun?

Sam: For fun...I like to hang with my dog Sal...hes the man!! Also I love to watch the same DVDs over and over again...boring I know. What dvds you ask...you know the classics...karate kid, chasing Amy, great expectations, point break!!

Us: How does it feel being this season's heartthrob?

Sam: Didn’t know I was this season's Heartthrob...But your in charge right!?!? Ha!!

Us: Thanks Sam for stopping by our kitchen and chatting with all of your fans. We wish you all the best on Top Chef and in the future.

Ok, we now need to go and revive Chef Biatch.

He, He. "Harold who?" Very funny. Sam is wonderful, but it will take a bit longer to knock Harold off his pedastal as nummber-one-hearthrob

I think they are both hearthrobs and damn they both can cook too.

Opps, got so excited about the interview with Sam that I messed up and said your instead of you. Please pardon my error in grammar. But you are still a lucky biatch! LOL.

Nice try at being coy, Sam. You KNOW you're lusted after. lol.

You could serve Mike's phallic looking cheeto/snicker dish in your restaurant and half the women of Manhattan would be in line for that "finger" food.

(Don't let it go to your head, though) : )

Again, a man who looks good, appears to have his head screwed on straight and can cook! Almost lost me when he blew the whistle in the olive oil squirt bottle scandal, but, in the end, refused to name names. Whew!

Sam and Ilan: my two favorite hotties. Harold was too intense and serious for me, and too guarded. I like these guys' relaxed demeanor more, and they seem to be equally as talented as Harold.
