December’s issue of Food and Wine magazine has a great article regarding a staff meal competition with four members of Top Chef Season 2.
Team A – Betty Fraser and Cliff Crooks vs. Team B – Sam Talbot and Elia Aboumrad choose either a pizza or pasta dish. Each team prepares their dish and then is judged on creativity, simplicity, presentation and deliciousness.
